Be real

Use your own recent photos, your real first name, and an accurate age. No impersonation, no stock images, no photos of other people, and no group photos where you cannot be identified.

All photos are reviewed by staff before they become visible. Photos that are rejected are removed from your gallery.

Be respectful

Treat every member as a person with the same intentions you have. No harassment, hate speech, slurs, threats, degrading remarks, or pressure of any kind — including pressure to move off-platform, share images, or meet before someone is ready.

A 'no' or an unanswered message is an answer. Repeated contact after someone disengages is harassment.

Never allowed

Pairvella is strictly 18+. No one under 18 may join, and any account found to belong to a minor is removed immediately and permanently banned. Sexual content involving minors, any content sexualising people who appear underage, or claiming to be under 18 is reported to the authorities where required and results in a permanent ban.

Nudity or explicit sexual imagery in profile photos; violent or gory content; content promoting self-harm, illegal drugs, or weapons sales.

Money requests, investment or crypto pitches, gift-card scams, escort or commercial sex solicitation, recruitment, MLM, and any commercial advertising.

Sharing another member's private information, photos, or messages outside Pairvella. Creating multiple accounts, evading a ban, scraping profiles, or manipulating referrals.

Adult, and only adult

Pairvella is 18+. If you believe an account belongs to a minor, report it immediately rather than engaging. We remove those accounts on discovery.

How enforcement works

Reports go to moderation and support staff. Depending on severity we may issue a warning, restrict features such as messaging or matching, suspend the account, or permanently ban it. Serious safety violations skip straight to removal.

Every violation and restriction is recorded on the account with its severity and reason.

Appeals

If you believe a violation or restriction was applied in error, open Settings → Appeals and submit your explanation. A staff member reviews each appeal and you are notified of the outcome.

Reporting

Every profile and conversation has a Report option. Reports are confidential — the reported member is not told who filed them. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
